We are gearing up for spring and summer!  Here are some of our highlights:

LANDSCAPING:  You will be seeing a lot of Carl Dickerson, All Terrain Landscaping, this spring as he and his crew are clearing, cleaning and strawing our common areas.  Carl has been hard at work already cleaning out the entrance at Westridge Road, and removing two fallen trees.  Philip Smith is our Landscape Chairman, and he and Carl do a great job in beautifying our neighborhood.

2012 DUES:  You may have seen the signs and received the email from President Rob Rothbart.  We have a slight increase  this year due to rising costs.  If you would like to send in your dues to help us with mailing costs of invoices, you can send them to FANA, PO Box 38993, Greensboro, NC 27438.  Or click here and you can use a credit card or paypal account to take care of it instantly.   Dues this year are as follows:

-$220 Residents Landscape Membership

-$550 Residents Full Membership

-$440 Residents Senior Membership (65+)

-$385 Residents Social Membership (No Pool)

-$440 Non-Resident Full Membership

POOL:  We are pleased to announce our new Pool Maintenance Company, Pool Professionals, who will begin working on the pool area this coming week.   Baby pool will be resurface, and anaysis of our big pool will be done and necessary repairs made.  The pool will open on Saturday, May 26, and close on Sunday, September 9, 2012.   Our 7th Annual Family Fun Day to celebrate the pool opening and the beginning of summer, will be held on Sunday, June 10, from 1 to 4 pm. A BIG THANK YOU To all who attended  and contributed to the Chili-Bingo Fundraiser on Jan. 27. Eleven donated prizes were awarded, food was great, and fun was had by all.  Unfortunately, we did not meet our fundraising goal, but we did contribute to the budget.  Photos should be on the website soon.
